Wagner Paint Sprayers Recalled

Wagner Paint Sprayers has voluntarily recalled its Paint Sprayers because the on-off switch can be dislodged from the casing resulting in exposure to electrical connections which poses a shock hazard to users.

To date, the company has not received any reports of incidents or injuries.

The recall includes the Wagner Control Spray Plus Model No. 0414248.

The following date codes are affected by the recall:

Consumers should immediately unplug and stop using the sprayers, and contact Wagner for a free repair.

K2 Sports Recalls Snowboard Bindings

K2 Sports in cooperation with The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a voluntary recall of their 2007 K2 Auto snowboard bindings. Sold at snowboard, ski and sporting goods stores throughout the U.S. from August 2007 through May 2008 and they were available in black or white, with “K2” and “Auto” printed on the toe strap.

Although no incidents or injuries have been reported, the cable that connects the toe strap to the binding could break, presenting the possibility of a fall. Discontinue using these recalled bindings at once and return them to the store where they were purchased or you may return them directly to K2 Sports for free shipment and repair.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning consumers not to eat certain jars of Peter Pan peanut butter or Great Value peanut butter due to risk of contamination with Salmonella Tennessee (a bacterium that causes foodborne illness).
